The product may not be in the current database yet, or the barcode might be region-specific.
You can add an entry (phase-dependent) or send us the barcode and photos of the label.
ScoffScan highlights allergens based on data sources, but you should always check the product packaging for the most up-to-date information.
If you used only on-device features, uninstalling the app removes local data.
If you uploaded submissions, email support@scoffscan.co.uk with “Data deletion request” and any details you have.
